Introduction to Canoeing
A fantastic course aimed at people who wish to gain the foundation skills of kayaking and want to make quick progressions.
You will be introduced to everything from the clothing and equipment to choose through to the safety considerations and simple rescues needed has a canoeist.
By the end of course you will have the skill to manouvure your canoe, understand the effects of the wind on open water and have an efficient forward stroke.
You will also have a go at running rapids safely on a journey.
You will have one of the countries leading coaches at your disposal and the opportunity to use the latest top spec boats and equipment.
