Introduction to Kayaking
A fantastic course aimed at people who wish to gain the foundation skills of kayaking and want to make quick progressions.
You will be introduced to everything from choices in clothing and equipment through to safety considerations and simple rescues needed as a paddler.
By the end of course you will have the skill to maneuver your kayak to where you want it, keep it upright and even run rapids safely.
You will have one of the country's leading coaches at your disposal and the opportunity to use the latest top spec boats and equipment.
