Fluid Specifix
The aim is to build on the skills you already have: very much a tailor made 2 days.
The structure of the 2 days will be influenced by your objectives and needs to take your paddling up a gear. Having a level 5 coach at your disposal will bring on your paddling leaps and bounds.
Experience needed:
- Grade 2 paddler
- You do not need to be able to roll!

Non Residential or Full Board at Ffynnon Wen. 6 places per course.
Full board course is inclusive of meals and accommodation at Ffynnon Wen for the two days and use of all equipment. Transport is not included. There is an option for B&B before or after the course*
