NEW 3 Star Kayak Training and Assessment
The 3 star award indicates you can be considered an intermediate paddler and competent member of a group to be led in moderate water environments.
On the course we will concentrate on giving you the personal skills to efficiently paddle on simple moving water and improve your personal paddling so you will be confident to be led in these environments.
As well as improving your paddling technique, we will build your knowledge and awareness of paddling in a dynamic environment.
Although we will give you the understanding of the standard required to pass your three star award – our main aim on this course is to make you a better paddler!
