BC Coach Award Training
To achieve a Coach Award, coaches complete two components of face-to-face training (‘Core Coach Training’ and ‘Discipline Specific Training’) and will need to engage in active, independent learning to develop their coaching out in the field. This is concluded by a 1-day discipline specific assessment.
The British Canoeing Coach Award aims to offer specific pathways across all paddlesport disciplines, superseding former Level 2, Moderate/Advanced Water Endorsements (MWE/AWE) and Discipline Support Modules.
